Natixis is looking for a Fixed Income Sales director-level candidate to join the team. He/she/they will be responsible for the origination, structuring, and execution of hedging strategies and other derivative products.
The salary range for this position will be between $190,000 - $285,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
The Fixed Income Sales candidate responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Marketing and prospecting Fixed Income products to a portfolio of clients for business development.
- Focusing on foreign-exchange instruments and financial institutions (leveraged and non-leveraged funds), with a dedicated focus on FX options :
- Identifying and prioritizing potential clients that could trade FX options and generate revenues along with the Trading desk.
- Setting up a strategy with local desk and global FX options desk to develop the FX options clientele
- Supporting the current salesforce as a Product expert in FX options for financial institutions and Corporations.
- Marketing the Bank's capabilities in trading generally and FX options in particular to prospects and clients.
- Providing market information and help prospects and clients to identify the derivative strategy that better suits their needs.
- Seeking all the necessary internal approvals to set up new accounts.
- Facilitating with Legal and Credit, the negotiation of legal documentation with clients when the relationship is not covered.
- Executing derivative transactions with clients.
- Providing back-up to the FX team's clientele.
Profil et compétences requises
Bachelor’s degree or MBA from an accredited college/ university.- A minimum of 10 years of related sales experience and training; institutional, fixed income sales and derivatives experience preferred.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, working under pressure to meet deadlines, and the ability to respond creatively and quickly in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with and work with all employees at all levels.
- Strong presentation and speaking skills and an ability to influence and drive complex initiatives and manage logistics with internal stakeholders
