Tuesday - Saturday. Salary + Commission

Responsibilities:

· Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a motorcycle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses;

· Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations;· Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of products;· Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business;

· Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day;

· Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Requirements:

· Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members;

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record;

· Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred;

· Professional, well-groomed personal appearance;

· Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve;

· Previous motorcycle sales experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Orange Park, FL 32073: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
