Do you love working with people and helping them achieve their goals? If so, we'd love to talk to you. We are seeking a Sales & Customer Service Associate to join our awesome team! You will be responsible for providing our existing members with stellar customer service and with helping new customers understand all that our studio can offer.

Responsibilities:

• Greet our members with enthusiasm as they arrive for class each hour
• Conduct tours of our facilities
• Learn and execute our proven sales process
• Provide information about the products and services
• Handle customer requests, inquiries and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community events) to promote the club

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hours:

• Part-time, 8-20 hours per week
• Day, evening and weekend shifts

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
