Isoclima Mission Statement:

Position Summary:

This position has two primary objectives and missions.

1. Working together with the Inside Sales team to capture, organize, and analyze Sales data.

2. Collaborate with plant operations counterpart to prioritize work on the factory order load, using inputs from Inside Sales team to manage customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate is responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

· Capturing order and demand forecast from sales plan

· Check and keeps the correct transition from forecast to PO

· Keeps forecast data and portfolio updated to latest information and collaborates on SOP process

· Ensures the correct sales data collection and transmission to global sales analysis

· Collaborates in the budget process

Skills and Ability to (position requirements at entry):

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Office Suite, ERP Software (e.g. SAP)

· Demonstrate strong organization, time management and project coordination skills.

· Strong interpersonal skills for working effectively within a team.

Training and Experience (position requirements at entry):

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in the glass and glazing industry

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
