Compensation:$96,500 - $107,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of remote sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve individual and team sales goals.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to enhance sales performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training and development initiatives to enhance the sales team's skills and capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities, and utilize this knowledge to adapt strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the financial services industry.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a remote sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales pipelines, track progress, and generate reports.
- Availability for occasional travel, as required.
