We are looking to add an inside sales support person, with skills in communication and sales to highlight our products and services. Responsibilities:
- Develop product knowledge and understanding of services provided
- Develop sales forecasting and set performance goals accordingly
- Develop phone, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
- Prepare order acknowledgements and quotes to customers
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
- Identify and resolve client concerns
- Coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales including logistics and accounting
Qualifications:
- Exceptional Customer Service and relationship building skills
- Exceptional organizational, time management and multitasking skills
- Driven and results oriented person
- Strong technical aptitude and introductory understanding of building materials industry
