Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely entry of customer purchase orders
• Liaison between the customer and the operations/logistics team
• Address and resolve opportunities for improvement with customers
• Manage and follow-up on samples and quotations
• Setup new customers and product SKU’s
• Lead effort to expand the use of CRM system
• Assist in research to expand product markets
• Very limited travel to trade show events
• Additional tasks as required

Qualifications and Required Skills:

• Associate Degree or applicable experience
• Strong math skills including unit of measure conversions
• Knowledge and application of ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• General clerical skills with emphasis on organization and attention to detail
• 2-3 years of customer service experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
