Papaya Clothing is now hiring for enthusiastic individuals to join our supervisor and sales associate team at our Ellenton Premium Outlet! We are aggressively looking for individuals who have a passion for fashion and excel in customer service. Basic requirements for our team members are:

- No experience necessary.
- Must be at least 17 years old.
- Must possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written English.
- Flexible availability a plus.
- Able to handle customer(s) questions, concerns and register inquires with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
- Able to offer alternative solutions, where appropriate, with objective of retaining customers(s) business at all times.
- Must be a team player and be willing to work within a collaborative environment.
- Must be reliable and keep confidential information private.

We will hire immediately on the spot for any applicants who meet our criteria. Shifts may begin the same week. You will be able to apply in person. We recommend applying in person as applicants will be able to get immediate feedback. There will be applications available and interviews may be scheduled (and conducted) on the same day. We may begin NEW HIRE paperwork for all individuals we offer positions to; so please be sure to bring in two forms of ID to expedite the process.
