Horizon Services Company is a leading commercial cleaning company in Connecticut with over 30 years of experience. We provide customized corporate cleaning solutions, as well as management and building maintenance services for organizations without a dedicated maintenance department.
Position Title: Sales & Marketing Specialist
Overview
This position has the primary responsibility of delivering leads that convert to revenues. All activities are determined to be successful by meeting predefined metrics. This is not traditional sales position nor marketing position, long term lead generation from known and unknown prospects come from both roles. Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies apply. This a full-time on-site position.
Position will obtain large commercial leads company through ABM strategies.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Marketing in order to drive measurable leads.
- Create and manage multiple email campaigns
- Analyze data and make appropriate adjustments
- Support operations and human resources and provide support to get content.
- Report weekly marketing results of qualified lead generation
- Generate content to promote our brand and our services
- Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
- Make outbound calls to engaged email prospects & get data to improve marketing efforts
- Upgrade content on existing web presence to support marketing efforts and SEO metrics
- Develop internal (Employees/Recruits & Customers) communications to enhance visibility
Requirements
- Proven work experience in Marketing specialist, Digital and or Account Executive
- Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns for B2B.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media; although SM is not used daily)
- Understanding of web design, and basic design software i.e. Canva
- Excellent communication skills, phone skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical skills
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; sit; and talk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision. The employee will be required to drive to attend site visits within the state. This is an on-site position.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
