This is a fully virtual work from home position for candidates who reside in the state of Indiana only. Candidates who reside outside of this state will not be considered. Successful candidates must be able to report physically to our resort location in Carmel for new hire paperwork on day one and must be able to meet our work at home requirements (see below).

What can you expect as an RCI Travel Guide?

• Our Travel Guides will receive inbound calls and/or initiate outbound calls to or from RCI members representing multiple memberships.
• We assist members in booking all aspects of travel (i.e. flight, hotel, car, etc.) while selling vacation products and services
• $34,320 annually plus incentive. This is an hourly position, it is based on an annual calculation of the base rate.
• Additional earning opportunities include monthly contests, shift differentials, and recognition programs

What are we looking for?

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Previous call center and sales experience is preferred but not required
• Highly motivated and strong desire to achieve individual and team goals
• Must be reliable and coachable with a desire to learn
• Must have strong communication and problem solving skills
• Intermediate computer skills including internet navigation ability is a must
• Pre-employment background check required
• 6 weeks comprehensive training program - Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.
• After training you will be assigned 8 hour shifts starting between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. throughout the week and one weekend day is required with a schedule of 11:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.

What is required for me to work from home?

• Quiet workplace free of distractions
• High speed DSL or Cable internet only (satellite internet not compatible) with download speed of 15mbps, upload speed 1.75mbps, pings less than 100ms
• Must be able to hardwire computer directly to router
