Sylton is the manufacturer of the Observ® Skin analysis system. A very innovative product that allows aestheticians to make up to 9 HD photos of their patients in just seconds. The photos allow them to have compelling and convincing consultations that will be part of a complete workflow which is concluded with a treatment plan and quotation. After our launch last July we are expanding our staff to facilitate our rapidly growing business in the United States. In view of the size of the organization the job will be versatile and touching on many parts of the business. It will involve: Sales Activities, Sales Presentations, Order Processing, Social Media marketing, Office management and other support activities for our overall Marketing & Sales activities.

The position is based out of Ann Arbor MI but allows for hybrid working and may involve occasional travel to trade shows and events.

Tasks

• 1st point of contact for sales & support inquiries
• Monitor Social Media Channels & Activity relevant to Sylton
• Support US Social Media Strategies
• Reply to Social Media Messages that require immediate attention
• Support
• Office management
• Maintain the showroom in a proper and representable condition
• Process orders and monitor logistics

Skills & Experience

• Relevant Business education or experience with an affinity with the Beauty and skincare market; OR
• Relevant Aestehtician / Skin care education with a strong interest in also sales & marketing
• Education and/or experience with online marketing and social media would be an asset
• 1-2 year experience in a similar role
• Affinity with the beauty & Skin Care market
• Computer skills (Office & CRM)
• Spanish language skills would be an asset
• Good telephone & presentation skills

Benefits

• Compensation US$ 35,000 - to 45,000 (depending on skills and experience)
• 11 vacation days
• After 90 days of employment and continuation thereof Health Care will be added to the package

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
