Job Description
This is a full-time, exempt position.
Location:
EU, UK or US - flexible location, but commutable to a major ADM site in these regions.
(Preferably in Somerset, UK, Amsterdam, Erlanger, KY, Decatur, IL)
Position Description:
This role is designated for the Regulatory & Scientific Affairs (RSA) function at ADM and independently delivers key data insights that help the team to understand and articulate performance, set criteria, measure success, identify gaps, and visualize return on resource investment, compliance with different regulatory regimes as well as overall functional health in terms of business engagement but also workforce satisfaction.The position will be integrated in RSA’s corporate Compliance & Performance Band and closely collaborate with the RSA Leadership Team as well as with RSA’s global community. It will primarily focus on objective and subjective data that informs the RSA team. This includes help to design and where appropriate to drive initiatives to reinforce or mitigate potential findings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate data from varying systems in RSA context
- Drive the creation of dashboards, scorecards and reports for the CoE and business embedded RSA
- Drive the connection of different data inputs to create meaningful bottom lines especially in terms of productivity, budgets, resource allocation, KPI’s, internal & external customer experience and functional organizational architecture
- Support leveraging findings as well as designing and executing consequential initiatives that focus on continuous improvement and RSA functional health
- Minimum 2 years in Regulatory Affairs, Data Management and/or Data Analysis. This might also be of interest for Project Managers with strong data management skills.
- Experience in food/beverage, flavor, life science or related industry is preferred
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to collaborate across different cultures and with colleagues in global teams
- Critical thinking skills and ability to breakdown complex problems
- Pattern identification across different data sources
- Ability to think out of the box as well as beyond hierarchies
- Desire to work in a collaborative team environment
- Capable of balancing multiple projects and priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with internal and external providers
- Willingness to innovate, learn new skills, and adapt best practices
- High-level Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Tableau, use of pivot tables, data management required, Salesforce, PowerBI and SAP S4/HANA (Product Lifecycle Management) working knowledge beneficial.
