RPA Engineer, Brokerage
The Role
Are you passionate about building the future of automation? Interested in working in the nexus of business transformation, process optimization, and software development? We are looking for an experienced RPA engineer to build digital labor – “bots” – and extend their capabilities through software development and integration with digital capabilities and artificial intelligence platforms.
As a member of the PI Automation team, the RPA Engineer will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution analysts, and engineers from other disciplines to design solutions and develop enterprise grade RPA based solutions.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 3+ years of overall experience in financial services or technology
- A learning and growth mindset with passion for solving customer problems and delivering solutions that impact millions of customers and thousands of associates every year
- A demonstrated passion for technology and problem solving, such as macro development or XTRAC automation
- Experience assessing and automating existing business processes
- Excellent communications skills, with a particular focus on translating technical concepts into business value terms
- Experience with RPA (Blue Prism or other platforms) a plus
- Preferential consideration given to candidates who also have experience with C#, .Net, APIs, BPMn, OCR, SQL, JavaScript, JAVA, Python, and other technical disciplines
The Team
The Personal Investing RPA development team is an agile, multidisciplinary product team that delivers fully digital experiences to our customers and associates. We partner with teams across the business to identify opportunities and deploy solutions to automate processes, reducing risk and cost. In addition to their primary role of building new solutions, the team also provides support and maintenance for automations developed by the product team.
