Del Cielo Home Care Services provides patients with quality home healthcare including provider services, diabetes education, rehabilitation services, wound care, nutritional services, and infusion therapy. We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team.

Responsibilities and duties of the Registered Nurses (RN)

• The Registered Nurse will be clinically competent while delivering care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation.
• RNs will effectively interact with patients, significant others and other health team members while maintaining all standards of professional nursing.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Qualifications of the Registered Nurses (RN)

• Valid registration as a Registered Nurse in the TX
• CPR
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when needed
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
• Ability to explain treatments and conditions
