Responsibilities:

• Complete direct patient care
• supervise CENA staff
• Communicate changes to the Medical Director and facility IDT as necessary
• Administer medications

Requirements/Qualifications:

• RN or LPN license in good standing with the state
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Excellent communication
• BLS certification
• Experience in long term care preferred
