Job description
Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Services (DON):
- Completes nurse reviews and delegates / provides direct nursing care to tenants in the assisted living, according to contracted service plans
- Oversees the provision of quality care carried out by the assisted living team members, both certified (e.g. CNA, CMA) and non-certified (e.g. Universal Worker), as needed
Qualifications:
- Must have an unrestricted and active Iowa (or compact state) RN license
- Must have outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills specific to the English language
- COVID-19 vaccination required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable
