Job description
The Revenue Integrity Analyst is responsible for Charge Integrity, Claims Edit, Payer Contract validation, and Denial Management. This position maintains the Charge Master, including validation, Charge Capture coordination with other departments, and problem identification and root cause resolution. Denial management responsibility include reviewing and distributing reimbursement reports, analyzing and identifying payment discrepancies, researching payer policies and updates, and training staff as needed for root cause resolution. Claim Edit duties will include researching, staff education and resolving pre-bill edits/errors. Payer contract validation includes review and educating staff about contracts in addition to reimbursement reviews for contract compliance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience working with hospital clinical and financial data
- 2 years of proven experience in a revenue cycle process role
- LSS Yellow Belt certification, preferred
SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday
- 40 hours/week
- Option to work remote (in the State of Montana)
