Piper Jordan is seeking a Revenue and Strategy Consultant
for its growing team!

We are seeking an experienced Revenue and Strategy Consultant to join us in this mission, with a focus on strategic planning, product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships. Together with other members of the leadership team, you will execute the current corporate strategic plan, focusing on expansion to new client segments and partnerships, while ultimately strengthening operations. You will also be instrumental in creating future strategic plans with the goal of boosting revenue streams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics.
Stay well-connected with book-of-business to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into the product development and enhancement cycle.
Collaborate with finance, product management, and marketing on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals.
Participate in contract negotiations.
Prospect and close relationships with key target clients.
Develop growth strategies with the leadership team and board of advisors.
Help maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners in a strategic way.
Increase sales velocity through improved targeting, activity, or win rates to exponentially increase the number of new accounts won annually.
Channel/Partner Development – adding new sales channels and 3rd party resellers and partners.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
College degree required.
10+ years in diversified leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth.
Inspirational leadership style and mentoring skills.
Experience with sales strategy planning and execution, sales operations, client success, marketing, channel and partner management, business planning, and sales support management in a global setting.
Well-versed in complex direct and channel sales processes.
Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships.
Ability to craft and execute a business strategy that will allow for future channel expansion.
Outstanding client and partner facing communication skills.
Strong technical experience with Salesforce and other commercial tools.
An outstanding listener and communicator. Someone who facilitates an open exchange of ideas and fosters an atmosphere of open communication.
Demonstrate strong people skills, including being perceived as genuinely caring, warm, empathetic, fair, motivating, and positive.
Strong relationship builder and partner to the business.
Must be able to work remotely using VPN access from home or while traveling.
Must be proficient using the Microsoft Windows platform and the following standard software programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet-based research, and internet-based research systems.
