IMMEDIATE OPENING! We are seeking a professional, responsible, outgoing person to join our sales team! Some previous sales/customer service experience is preferred but will train the right person.

SKILLS:

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills

• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus

JOB DUTIES:

• Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solution
• Will use selling principles including rapport building, needs discovery, product presentation, answering objections, closing, follow up, after sale service, and continuing contact with all potential customers
• Display a team player attitude towards staff and management
• Maintain strong follow up and follow through
• Help keep our showroom a neat and inviting place to shop
• Strive for continued growth
• Develop personal knowledge of products
