Job description

We are looking to hire two Part-Time, Retail Sales Associates, to join our team at our Your CBD Store in Monroeville, Pa.

Retail Sales Associate Team members have two PT schedule options:

Schedule Option #1:
Work 3 days/one week, then work 4 days/the next week. This schedule option will be used to alternate the 3 day and 4 day work week with another Retail Sales Associate team member.

Schedule Option #2:
Work either the 3 days/per week work week, or, work the 4 days/per week work week.

Our store is open daily, Sunday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Overtime is available and is required at times throughout the year.

We are looking for individuals who are team player minded to bring a positive addition to our team. Team members need to possess good Social Skills in order to listen to the customer describe their health need and guide them to the appropriate products that can meet their needs.

On the job training will take place during the 1st two weeks of employment at an hourly rate of $12.00. Upon successful completion of the initial training and offer of employment, the hourly rate will increase to $13.00. Product education and training will continue beyond initial training to address all Retail Sales Associate duties. Hourly rate increases are available based on positive job performance reviews through the year.
