Job Title: Store Associate

Terms: Full Time

Salary: Starting wage at $17 per hour

Requirements:

● No Experience Needed

● Schedule Flexibility (Evening Shifts and Weekends)

● Availability to work 5-6 Days Per Week

● Must have basic knowledge in Google Sheets, and Google Docs

● High School Diploma or GED.

● Eligibility to Work in the United States

● Spanish Speaker Advantage

Responsibilities:

● Cut new or duplicate keys, using key cutting machines and programmers

● Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and objectives.

● Maintaining store presentation, completing daily cleaning tasks in order to create a compelling store environment.

● Follow company policies and procedures, including but not limited to cash handling, inventory management, and any data entry.

● Scheduling and dispatching drivers, to their appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, and customer requests.

● Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from repossessions, supervisors, and technicians.

● Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, and requests for services.

● Responsible to Purchase, Restock, Track, and Organize Company Inventory, as well online order tracking.

● Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Active listener with excellent communication skills.

● Sound judgment and critical thinking.

● Prioritize certain daily tasks according to their urgency and importance.

● Address problems and requests by transmitting information and providing solutions.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Store Associate to join our team. The Store Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, dispatching, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion to help supervise the store and technicians, eagerness to learn about car keys, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
