Hot N Juicy Crawfish welcomes applications for our management team to oversee our newest HNJ location in Downtown Grand hotel!

We are a unique and established restaurant brand with 13 locations nationwide, and we are seeking self-motivated leaders. This opportunity is for a proven restaurant professional with the ability to maintain our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. The position is full time with substantial opportunities to build and grow as a hospitality professional.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee and manage of all areas of the restaurant
• Adhere to company standards and service levels
• Serve as the responsible party for ensuring that all reporting and administrative duties are completed accurately, and on time
• Direct hiring, supervision, and development of employees
• Maintain proper health code and sanitation throughout restaurant to ensure a clean preparation and serving environment

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of managerial experience in a full service restaurant
• Must have or be able to obtain a Food Protection Certificate
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Natural leadership skills with team player mentality
• Strong financial and computer skills; experience working with sales numbers and an understanding of P&L’s
• Ability to multitask in a high volume environment
• Creative and independent problem -solving skills

This position is full time (50-55 hours/week).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
