Position: General Manager

We are looking for a General Manager to manage a small local restaurant in Hilton Head, SC. In this role, you will deliver superior food and beverage service and maximize customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation and maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.

Responsibilities:

· Handle all aspects of store operations for restaurant

· Supervise all restaurant activities and ensure compliance to company standards

· Hire and train employees, coordinate work schedules and develop working relationships with front and back of house staff

· Manage all vendor relations, oversee inventory and budgeting

· Oversee store reporting and forecasting

· Identify opportunities and drive continual improvement

· Work with company President on growth and strategy

Requires:

· Proven work experience in restaurant management

· Degree in Business, Hospitality or Culinary Arts preferred

· Extensive food and beverage knowledge

· Skilled in building and leading operational teams

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Extremely well organized and detail oriented

· Motivated, driven, self-starter

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
