Essential Job Functions:

• Provide outreach in the community to be a liaison with residents and staff regarding community events.
• Identify, coordinate, facilitate all community-based events. Specifically develop programs that will meet social, economic and health needs of the residents.
• Develop and publish calendar for residents for all upcoming programs.
• Communicate upcoming events through social media, email and posted communication channels.
• Research local, state, federal programs available for residents. Actively work to connect and/or enroll residence in these programs.
• Identify agencies that provide services. Coordinate with vendors / suppliers regarding their services.

Qualifications: *

• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Valid drivers license preferred. Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check is required.
• Able to interact well with others.
