IMMEDIATELY HIRING – Resident Relations Representative in Long Beach – Full Time – Property Management

NPS Management is a rapidly growing Property Management company based in Long Beach which prides itself on offering innovative solutions to owners and residents alike. NPS Management oversees single family residences, multifamily buildings (apartments, condos, townhomes), and commercial buildings in LA and Orange County, and is currently growing its employee base to accommodate for a rapid increase in clients. NPS strives to create a safe and comfortable work environment for all employees in the office as well as in the field. Responsibilities

• Strive to find efficient and effective ways to achieve goals set by the company
• Work with other departments to communicate effectively between teams
• Provide feedback to the property owners regarding questions about residents and leasing concerns for their properties
• Manage delinquencies and tenant complaints
• Act as a liaison for the field agents
• Maintain high levels of integrity, authenticity, and honesty while conducting all business in a time-efficient manner

Minimum Qualifications (required)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of multiple office programs (i.e. Office, Excel, Appfolio)
• Understanding of current and changing tenancy laws in multiple cities
• Great phone and email etiquette
• Attention to detail
• Time-Management

Additional Qualifications (optional but preferred)

• 2 or more years of property management experience
• 4 or more years of management experience
• Experience with Appfolio
• Availability to work on weekends as needed
• Bilingual (Spanish)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Property management: 2 years (Required)
