Creative Health Services is offering a $500 signing bonus. this will be given to you on your first day. a second $500 bonus will be provided upon the completion of your 90 day probationary period.
In addition to the signing bonus upon hire, you will also be eligible for additional bonuses throughout the year, including a Holiday Bonus, an End of Fiscal Year Bonus, and quarterly incentive bonuses.

Job Summary: Creative Health Services is looking for a Full Time Weekend Overnight Position, as well as Part Time/Per Diem positions.

Job Summery: Creative Health Services is looking for a Full Time and Part Time Resident Advisors. Full Time employment are eligible for our competitive benefits package.

What You Will Do:

• Teach/assist residents with daily living skills.
• Monitor residents taking medications.
• Complete chart documentation in electronic health record.
• Supervise resident activities in the community.

What You Will Need:

• A Degree in the Human Services field preferred but will consider candidates with experience in the Mental Health Field.
• Valid PA Driver's License with a good driving report.
• PA Criminal Background Check, Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprint Clearance, Act 31 Training, and NSOR (National Sex Offender Registry) Verification are required.
