Reservationist/Customer Service I (Must Live in Estes Park) Year-round.
Job description
Title: Reservationist I (20-25 hours weekly. Friday-Monday only.)
Position Information/Description
Schedule and dispatch workers and service vehicles for transportation of passengers.
Job Functions
Confirm reservations for transportation using telephones, faxes, mail and computers
Prepare customer invoices and accept payments
Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, services, procedures and policies
Assemble and issue required documentation such as itineraries
Determine whether vehicles are available on dates requested by customers as well as checking with the scheduler or dispatcher
Provide information to clients on availability
Confer with customers to determine their service requirements and preferences
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests;
exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
Make and confirm reservations.

Education
High School Diploma or equivalency
Experience
Some previous dispatching/customer service-related skill or front desk/ other reservation system knowledge preferred.

Must be able to work a rotating schedule and must be able to work any shift/ any day (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
