POSITION SUMMARY:
Rogers State University is accepting applications for Resident Assistant.
PRIMARY DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide personal help and assistance to residents.
- Conduct meetings with residents to discuss and explain policies, issues, and group concerns.
- Keep student informed and, when necessary, direct them to appropriate referral sources.
- Explain, follow, and enforce rules and regulations as outlined in the Residential Life Handbook.
- Maintain an orderly and reasonably quiet environment.
- Facilitate programs to promote the growth and development of students.
- Duty schedule will depend on complex selection.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have and maintain at least a 2.50 GPA overall each semester
PREFERRED QUALIFICAITONS:
- Engagement in RSU campus life
- Leadership experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to complete building rounds
