Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Requirements/JCIDS SME to support The Headquarters United States Space Force (HQ USSF) Chief Strategy and Resource Office (CSRO). This office is responsible for carrying out and executing strategic planning, long-range resource allocation, and developing, directing, and conducting USSF programming activities necessary to complete the USSF Program Objective Memorandum (POM). Additionally, the CSRO delivers integrated Service space strategies, policies, and requirements in order to provide organized, trained, and equipped space forces for employment by Joint Force Commanders.

What you'll be doing:*

• Provide strategic-level expertise in Space Force acquisitions, orbital warfare, cybersecurity, readiness, strategic planning and Space Command & Control.
• Assess all USSF elements, from missions and systems to personnel and processes and submit comprehensive assessment reports to guide and inform weight of effort and focus areas.
• Provide Focus on POM/PBR administration (e.g., issue team prep, planning integration)
• Provide subject matter expertise on specific capabilities and mission areas of the US Space Force, the Intelligence Community, and the National Security Space enterprise.
• Track progress on design/development/delivery of systems and/or capabilities to meet current and emerging mission requirements.
• Facilitate validation of urgent and emergent requirements requested from the Warfighter.
• Interface and perform duties to support the Joint Integration and Operational Capability Development Divisions development of Service policy, guidance, oversight, and priorities for the Service’s capability development process and ensures Service integration with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS).
• Support USSF in their role as the Joint Integrator for DoD Space Requirements.
• Lead writing teams and author formal Joint Requirements documents.
• Ensure approved requirements are being met by development organizations.

What you'll need:

• Master’s Degree plus a minimum of 15 years of experience in an Operations, Engineering, Scientific, Data Science, Software Programming, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Analysis, Policy or Planning field, or equivalent experience/responsibility.
• TS/SCI Security Clearance
