We are seeking someone to join our Financial Services team in St. Louis, MO as an Analyst, Disputes. In this role, you will assure assigned major department store, mid-tier and non-store retail customer claims are properly administered through to resolution to achieve monthly KPIs.
As an Analyst, Disputes, you will:
- Collaborate with internal partners, in particular, Compliance, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, IT and FSS areas to drive reductions in operational disputes.
- Prepare payment remittance advice accurately and efficiently to facilitate timely cash application.
- Be responsible for customer claims for assigned major department store, mid-tier and non-store retail accounts.
- Assist Supervisor, Claims with departmental reports, including dispute aging, reason code / root cause analysis and monthly financial reporting, as needed.
- Assure achievement of individual KPIs and objectives, while supporting success of team.

We seek people with these qualifications:
- Associates in Business
- 0-2 years’ relevant business experience (or demonstrated ability) required, with experience in B2B collections or disputes preferred
- Retail / Wholesale experience
- Computer experience
- MS Office: Word, Excel (average), Outlook
- SAP (FI, AFS, FSCM) or equivalent
