The daily Skagit Valley Herald in Mount Vernon, Wash., seeks a sharp and tenacious early-career journalist to report on a variety of news in the beautiful Skagit Valley.You will need versatile reporting skills, a solid understanding of multimedia storytelling and ability to take a photo or quick video clip and produce content on deadline. Our stories are told on our website, on social media and in print. Entry-level with appropriate training will be considered. You will have done these things at least at the college level and studied media ethics and media law.
