Job Summary

Our West Coast Account Manager will manage a diverse group of customers and be responsible for the successful delivery of ComPsych’s global Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), behavioral health, wellness and work-life services. This individual must possess relationship management skills to ensure that our services strengthen the overall customer experience. As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other internal partners within ComPsych to ensure that our service delivery is flawless.

Responsibilities

  • Manage strong relationships with our wholesale business partners and work with those partners on opportunities for product enhancements, marketing strategies and additional product sales opportunities
  • Oversee customer satisfaction and profitability of your assigned clients and demonstrate a thorough understanding of your customers' business, human capital and benefits concerns
  • Implement and manage the effective delivery of your customers' programs including communication strategies, customer training, issue resolution and utilization reporting
  • Establish and build strong working relationships with ComPsych’s business leaders and team members

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • West Coast based candidate preferred
  • Proven track record of managing accounts and successfully selling additional service lines to current customers
  • Experience working in insurance, benefits, healthcare or HR-related services, experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Exceptional communication skills, with strong focus on customer service
  • Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional, with demonstrated problem solving, multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
  • Travel as necessary to meet with new and existing customers
