Required Skills:

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Internet resourcefulness; Ability to research and quickly become an expert in a variety of subjects.
• Intermediate skill level with MS Word, MS Publisher, or other deskside publishing applications
• Six months or more related customer service or administrative professional experience
• Ability to type 35 WPM
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Ability to deliver on all customer requests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Interest in the travel, dining, and entertainment industry.

Work@Home Environmental Requirements:

• Must live in El Paso, Texas

It is your responsibility to ensure that your work environment aligns with the outlined below:

A dedicated workspace that is quiet and free from noises that could be distracting to the employee or clients, such as:

• Children, family members, friends, and neighbors
• Pets and pet distractions
• Television and Radio
• Outdoor activities
• The environment cannot be in a location that is recorded by video or audio at any time - unless required by Qualfon.
• The environment must be in a location where screens face away from all windows and cannot be viewed outside of the home, or outside of the room. The work environment should be in a closed space surrounded by walls and all doors closed as needed.
• Depending on the client supported, there may be additional environmental requirements.

Preferred Experience:

• College degree completed or in process of being completed
• Booking domestic (North American) travel
• Domestic and international geography knowledge
• Setting up entertainment experiences or activities

Technical & System Requirements:

• You will be provided a computer
• High-speed Internet via wired ethernet connection, no WI-FI, Satellite or Hot spot
• Upload speed of 3 Mbps; Download speed of 10 Mbps
• The Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss
• Latency under 100ms.
• Must have available cell phone, tablet or landline required for Multifactor authentication
