Remote Customer Service Representative
Job description
We are currently seeking Seasonal Remote Customer Service Representatives to work full-time in the Boise, Idaho area. The top applicants will have a minimum 1 year of customer service experience and have excellent communication skills. To be considered for this position you must live in the state of Idaho and be able to attend one week of paid training from 8:30 am - 4 pm. Our next training class starts on December 5th.
Available Remote Shifts Mon-Fri:
5:55 am - 2:30 pm, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
7:30 am - 4:00 pm, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
9:00 am - 5:30 pm, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
SUMMARY:
The customer service representative answers incoming phone calls from various customers by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Answer phone calls from members and/or their agents to resolve their questions or concerns
- Provide any information regarding account status, such as premium amount/due and payment history.
- Respond to requests for assistance and processing payments
- Access appropriate information using multiple systems
- Work in collaboration with administration to obtain appropriate member eligibility.
- Work in collaboration with other departments to resolve account status issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Educational degrees must be from a US Department of Education accredited school.
- Must have a High School diploma/GED.
- 18 years of age or older
- 1 year of related experience preferred, but not required.
- Typing 30 WPM
- Ability to work independently
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work closely with our members and employees.
