One Federal Solution is hiring a Registrar to support our Federal Government client in Atlanta, GA.
Required Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must possess computer skills, preferably in the following computer software programs: Microsoft Office Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Assisting applicants in obtaining escort, SAC, Tier 1, 2S, 3 and 5 clearances by analyzing security clearance forms for accuracy and completeness, and apprising applicants of corrective actions and completion deadlines,
- Performing routine and confrontational subject interviews to verify personal history statements and resolve derogatory information,
- Responding to help-desk inquiries related to personnel security guidance, policy, procedures, and status updates,
- Handling sensitive investigative data to protect the interests of GSA and safeguard applicant’s personal identifying information (PII) and privacy rights,
- Initiating fingerprint and photograph processes for Federal PIV cards,
- Distribute Federal PIV cards and reissue replacements for lost, stolen and damaged cards,
- Initiating e-QIPs and resolving e-QIP issues,
- Uploading documents into OPM’s database library; and
- Performing data-entry into the personnel security tracking system.
