RN (Registered Nurse) Supervisor (NOC) 11pm - 7am
Covina Rehab Center is looking for a Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team and assist with providing Top Quality Care to our residents.
- This individual will be a part of an Elite team filled with individuals whose main purpose is to provide a clean, safe, dignified, happy and healthy environment for residents and their families. Covina Rehab Center is a secured 99-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility dedicated to meeting the physical, psychosocial and emotion needs of our residents. We provide Short-Term Long Term Care and Rehabilitation Services. Our commitment is to Facilitate the Healing and Recovery of our residents.
Pay Rates: Will be negotiated during in-person interview.
Depends on Experience
***$2,000 Sign on Bonus***
Job Type: Full-time
RESPOSIBILTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Complete all Admission Assessments and Care plans, Verification of orders.
- Ensure Patient Inventory- complete with LVN/CNA
- Complete Incident Reports-Call DON for Support
- New Admits: Ensure fall precautions in place
- Assist DON with the Review New Inquiries
- Medication ordered in a timely manner for new admissions
- IV Management
- Lab / X-Ray Draws and Results Followed up - endorsed to 24 hour report as needed
- Initiate COC / SBAR
- Consent Signed (Medication and Physical)
- Address all flagged charts
- Lab & X-Rays related to MD if requiring immediate attention
- Notify HK and CNA as as patient D/C's occurs
- Passar for new admits
- Preliminary diagnosis on all new residents
- Ensures IDT Restraint Documentation is Completed
- Ensures Tray Pass Supervision on Assigned Station
Additional Duties will be assigned pertaining to assigned shift in addition to those already listed above.

- BLS
