Cedarbrook Senior Care & Rehab is seeking RN's for its SNF Facilities (2 Locations: Allentown & Fountain Hill operated by County of Lehigh)

• Full-time (80hrs), Regular Part-time (48hrs) positions available at our Cedarbrook Senior Care & Rehab Fountain Hill and Allentown locations
• Days 7am-3pm, Evenings 3pm-11pm, & Nights 11pm-7am
• Weekend differential $3.00/hr
• Shift Differential rate $4.00 extra 3p-11p & $2.50 11p-7a
• Work four (4) weekend shifts/month and every other holiday.
• PRN Positions avail starting at $41.59/hr
• Sign on Bonus FT & RPT RNs & LPNs
• COVID-19 Vaccine is required per CMS guidelines.
• Licensure Differential pay.
