Mission Health Services is looking for RN’s to work at their ICF and and Rehab Facility in West Jordan.

OUR WORKPLACE

Located in West Jordan we are a ICF and Rehab operating 24/7. Our facility is committed to providing the highest quality of care and services assuring human dignity and quality of life for our residents, their families, and our employees.

JOB SUMMARY

Our RN’s provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by our LPN’s and CNA’s. Our RN’s focus is on maintaining the highest degree of quality care for our residents.

Some of the job responsibilities include:

• IV therapy
• Blood draws
• Administering and monitoring oxygen
• Monitoring blood sugar
• Medications
• Catheters
• Nasogastric tubes
• Wound care
• Educating patients and family members
• Reporting changes to physician

REQUIREMENTS

• RN
• Strong desire to care for elderly
• First aid and CPR certification
• SNF experience preferred
• Ability to work cooperatively as a team member
• Ability to be accurate, concise, and detail oriented
• Caring and compassionate

Licenses/Certifications: RN and BLS Certification – Utah
