Title: Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Rochester, MI 48307

Job Type: Contract

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Rochester, MI 48307. The ideal candidate is a team player with exceptional clinical skills and a commitment to providing compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient status, including vital signs, laboratory results, and symptoms
• Administer medications and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and families on disease management, medications, and lifestyle changes
• Document and maintain accurate patient records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Michigan
• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
