VNA Family Hospice is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Manager (RN) for our hospice program. The VNA has been a well-established Home Health/Hospice provider in Indiana County and its surrounding service area for more than 50 years. VNA offers a very competitive wage and benefit package.
The Registered Nurses Hospice Manager (RN) plans and facilitates the operational design of the program as well as organizes and directs the overall day to day operations.

QUALIFICATIONS Registered Nurse Manager (RN) position:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Experience in a supervisory capacity in hospice and/or homecare
- Must demonstrate progressive administrative ability including knowledge of: palliative and hospice nursing
- Must have the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures in the hospice setting
- Solid computer skills, including Word
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Reliable independent means of transportation with a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and at least the minimum state required vehicle insurance
