$5,000 Signing Bonus.

Assess patient health problems and needs throughout the phases of their treatment. Develop and implement nursing care plans and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to patients and advise on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. The position will supervise medical staff and assist in treatment by also monitoring vital signs, dispense medication at the correct times, report to the medical staff concerns, and provide top notch customer service.

Job Duties:

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in patients’ conditions.
• Record patients’ medical information and vital signs.
• Create and modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients’ responses and conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.

Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, current Licensed Practical Nurse license in Oregon with no restrictions, 1 year experience in acute care, critical care, emergency room, mental health, substance abuse treatment or correctional health care setting preferred. CPR, First Aide, AED, Universal Precaution experience a must.
