About:
Aughdem Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leader in the agriculture space on their search for a Regional Territory Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a “hunter” sales mentality and is able to manage their territory while increasing sales and customer satisfaction effectively and efficiently.
Compensation:
$65,000.00/year + $15,000.00/year commission (uncapped) + health benefits + vehicle
Responsibilities:
- A passion and experience for the agricultural industry and providing exceptional solutions to customer base.
- Grow existing sales and market share by building and maintaining a dealer network within the region.
- Dedicated customer service and consultative marketing skills.
- Building true partnerships with dealers, sales personnel, and farmers.
- Attend regional dealer and farmer open houses, and trade shows.
- Attend all required exhibitions and conferences.
- Assist customers and dealers within your region.
- Promote professional company image.
Qualifications:
- Individual needs a high degree of sales skills.
- Previous experience in agriculture and mechanics is an asset.
- Must be motivated and self-directed in all tasks and duties.
- Exceptional leadership skills.
- Able to build trust with both internal and external customers.
- Attention to detail and very diligent with follow ups for all dealers and farmers within your region.
