JOB DESCRIPTION
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for providing high quality attention and support for our customers. Excellent written, verbal communication, and time management skills are required to provide our dealers and end users with timely and knowledgeable service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work well in a growing team environment. Contribute and collaborate with other departments to maximize effectiveness across department lines, including sales, marketing, supply chain, distribution, finance and management.
  • 25% travel to the assigned North East US region.
  • Responsible for regional revenue growth through sales of new and existing products to new and existing customers.
  • Applying all Account Management duties to existing customer base to maintain Gator’s long standing business relationships.
  • Maintaining constant and valuable contact with your customer base having a strong focus on phone calls and virtual meetings.
  • Tracking and acting on a call and meeting plan to maximize time on the road and in the office.
  • Demonstrate a desire to learn and grow professionally and undertake additional responsibilities to further improve company effectiveness in responding and anticipating customer business needs.
  • Handle clerical tasks and maintain continuity and flow of office work for both internal and external customers.
  • Provide customers with value-added service and industry leading support in terms of overall product knowledge, reliability, consistency and follow up.
  • Handle all associated work in assigned territory(s) which includes: order writing, taking care of customer service issues generated during call outs, maintain accurate call reports, and develops business with new and existing dealers.
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
  • 25% travel
  • 2 years sales experience minimum
  • Music Industry experience strongly encouraged
  • Basic Microsoft Suite & CRM Skills
