We are seeking a Regional Managers to oversee multiple sites in the Detroit Metropolitan area. We value our managers and truly understand what it takes to operate a top-performing organization. Our Regional Managers will be empowered to make decisions and lead the day-to-day operations of sites within their region. Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Associates Degree or higher preferred

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

• Valid Driver's License

• A willingness to learn, keep an open mind and be receptive to training

• Previous management experience required

• Experience growing KPI's, extensive understanding of a P&L statements and managing operating costs

• Desire to be a hands-on teacher, coach, and mentor to employees

• Exceptional observation skills
