AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the role of Region Director, for our Campus Services division.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• 
  Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients
• 
  Directly manage, develop and motivate multi-unit direct reports, who in turn oversee diverse groups of foodservice teams
• 
  Ensure excellence in service and quality of products
• 
  Manage the demands of multiple groups and balance multiple priorities
• 
  Be accountable for Region’s financial and operational performance; be instrumental in Region’s continued growth in conjunction with Business Development team
• 
  Interact with all levels of individuals within the organization
• 
  Develop action plans and timelines

Requirements:

• 
  A strong operations background in contract foodservice
• 
  5+ years of prior experience leading, motivating and developing teams in a foodservice management role
• 
  3+ years of high-volume, multi-unit foodservice experience
• 
  Proven success managing financial statements and budgeting processes with a history of achieving or exceeding forecast expectations
• 
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 
  Personal characteristics including: strong integrity, self-motivation, passion, high energy level, and enthusiasm
