This role performs recruitment and human resources-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the Director, Human Resources, and the entire HR team to support all functional areas of the WNY farms. This position carries out responsibilities in the following areas: recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, managing new hire paperwork, and employment law compliance. The Recruitment Specialist will also get involved in employee relations involving newer employees that they have hired.
Recruitment experience is greatly valued. The starting pay rate will be commensurate with your recruitment experience.
