Job description
The Recruitment Specialist will contribute to our company's full-cycle hiring process. This individual will work closely with the Recruitment Manager to interview/screen candidates, schedule and participate in interviews, and perform duties as assigned by the Recruitment Manager and the Director of Human Resources. This position will usually work remotely, but will require in-office days a few times a month. Experience in the telecommunications industry would be beneficial, but is not required.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of work experience in a Recruitment position
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
- Experience with (phone, zoom, teams and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
- Strong decision-making skills
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Bachelors degree is required
