Senior Solutions is a family owned non-medical comprehensive home care agency that trains Caregivers who assist our clients with activities of daily living in their own homes. Home care is an increasingly popular choice for care because it allows seniors to remain in their home environment and stick to their favorite lifestyle habits. Due to being a multi-state care provider with over 20 offices in all 95 counties throughout Tennessee with a growing presence in Georgia, we are looking to hire an additional Talent Coordinator to join our team!
The Talent Coordinator acts as a mediator between the company and potential employees. They are active in reviewing applications, scheduling onboarding days, reviewing electronic hiring documents, managing candidates within the CRM and HRIS systems, and coordinating with local operations to make sure hiring and retention goals are met. You would be responsible for managing the talent acquisition process and full life cycle recruiting and retention process for our remote Caregiver workforce.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage candidates through the hiring process within CRM and HRIS systems
- Manage calendars and respective staff updates within the CRM
- Coordinate hiring days with candidates and local operations
- Coordinate with various community organizations to schedule off-site onboarding as needed
- Prepare and review electronic hiring documents and information packets
- Assist and support local branch with electronic personnel setup and verification of completion for new hires
- Make sure job ads are published for areas and positions of need
- Move candidates through respective workflows in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned

- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Additional education from an accredited vocational school or college preferred
- Knowledge of HR databases and candidate management systems
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Understanding of human resources policies, procedures, and practices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adhere to all HIPAA regulations and guidelines
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening per company standards
Remote Eligible Requirements
- Must have quick, functional internet from your remote work location
- Ability to provide additional office equipment or office supplies if needed
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor from your remote work location
- Ability to provide their undivided attention to work during agreed upon working hours. This includes the ability to make regular dependent care arrangements during working hours if applicable.

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
