By the Sea Resorts is seeking and experienced Recruiting Coordinator to assist with staffing our portfolio of hotels and restaurants in beautiful Panama City Beach. This position will work with immigration attorneys to obtain work visas, travel internationally to recruit and organize and maintain staff housing. 2 years recruiting experience required; bilingual preferred.

About the role:

The recruiting coordinator will work with management to facilitate the hiring process. The right candidate will be responsible for leading efforts in sourcing, selecting and hiring while providing consultation and recommendations based on business knowledge and strategies. This role requires strong communication skills, an energetic personality and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods, including obtaining visas and recruiting internationally
• Screen candidates by reviewing application profiles and performing phone screens
• Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection material
• Assist with the interview process, attend and conduct interviews
• Serve as a consultant and business advocate to hiring managers during the selection process to make hiring recommendations based on interviews, assessment data, and candidate qualifications
• Collaborate with HR Managers to extend employment offers
• Assist the HR team in New Hire Orientation and other additional projects
• Understand and promote our employment brand; leverage the brand in all aspects of talent acquisition
• Ensure all screening, hiring and selection are done following employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the process to obtain H2B, J1 and other work visas
• 2+ years recruiting experience, preferably in hospitality
• Bilingual highly preferred
• Ability to travel in recruitment efforts
• Prior housing management preferred

• Ability to enthusiastically promote the company to potential employees
