Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Jr. Recruiter to join our team. In this role, the ideal candidate will support the larger Talent Acquisition team with all recruitment activities. Veterans, transitioning military members, and SkillBridge candidates are encouraged to apply.

Duties include, but not limited to:
- Assisting the Sr. Recruiters in sourcing candidates
- Posting job vacancies on various job boards
- Screening candidate resumes
- Conducting candidate screenings
- Addressing candidate queries and assisting them with the interview process
- Sending out acceptance or rejection emails to candidates
- Participating and networking at various recruiting events
- Using recruiting software to manage candidate applications and other recruitment activities
- Maintaining and updating candidate database
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience
Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen
Education:High School Diploma
Experience: Four or more years of full-cycle recruiting or project management experience
Skills: Experience managing data, and updating documentation
- Experience working in a deadline driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience using Google Workspace
- A team player as well as able to work independently
- Ability to offer enhanced candidate experience
Preferred Experience:
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Experience: One or more years of full-cycle recruiting or project management experience
Skills: At least one year of experience recruiting in the DoD industry
- Familiarity with recruiting software and job boards
